Turnaround starts once your film is checked in at the Toronto lab — not when it is dropped in a mailbox or handed to a carrier. Same-day and rush windows depend on volume and are never assumed.
All four processes — C-41, B&W, E-6 and ECN-2 — run through controlled in-house workflows at one Toronto lab. Nothing is sent out, so the timeline stays under our roof.

Checked in
Your film reaches the Toronto lab and is logged against your order. This is where the next-day clock starts.

Processed in-house
C-41, B&W, E-6, or ECN-2 runs through the matching in-house workflow the same working cycle.
- 03
Scanned & checked
Frames are scanned on Noritsu, Frontier, or Flextight and reviewed by a photographer before delivery.
- 04
Ready by midnight
Files are delivered and negatives handled — ready by midnight of the next day. Not guaranteed before 6 PM close.
Turnaround is measured from check-in at the Toronto lab. Mail-in rolls enter the clock once received and logged — not at drop-off in another city.
Next-day means ready by midnight the next day. We do not guarantee completion before our 6 PM close on the same day.
Turnaround holds under normal volume. During unusually high periods we will flag any change before you commit an order — and the dates above move with it.
Scans are delivered digitally; negatives are returned or held per your order. Pickup and download details are confirmed with your order.
