Refunds for Blank Rolls: For blank rolls, we credit the scan cost back to your account email. This credit can be applied to a future order. We aim to provide flexibility and value to our customers.

Declared Value: By submitting photographic materials to Graination, you declare the value of your materials to be no more than their replacement, as stated above.
