About this film

ADOX HR-50 is an ISO 50 black & white film for 35mm cameras. It is developed in normal black & white chemistry.

The PET base is dimensionally stable and sits flat in a scanner. Resolution is unusually high for a pictorial film.

The Adox HR-50 Black and White Negative Film is a high-resolution film designed to deliver ultra-sharp details and exceptional tonal range. With an ISO rating of 50, this slow-speed film is perfect for bright lighting conditions, controlled environments, and studio photography. Its fine grain structure and high contrast make it a favorite for landscapes, architectural photography, and artistic compositions. Each roll offers 36 exposures, allowing photographers to capture stunningly crisp and detailed black-and-white images. Adox HR-50 is coated on a clear PET base, ensuring archival quality and excellent flatness for scanning and printing. This film is also compatible with special development techniques to achieve unique results, making it versatile for creative analog enthusiasts.
