Can I use 600 film in an SX-70 camera?

Not in a stock SX-70. 600 film is four times faster (ASA 640 against 160), so it needs a neutral density filter over the pack or a converted camera. Otherwise, choose SX-70 film.

Will i-Type work in my vintage camera?

No. A vintage 600 or SX-70 camera is powered by the battery inside its film cartridge, and i-Type cartridges have none. i-Type is for modern Polaroid cameras that carry their own battery.

Which film does the Polaroid I-2 take?

All three: i-Type, 600 and SX-70.

Use & Storage

Load it

Only into a camera or printer made for Polaroid 600 film. Each cartridge makes 8 photos; the dark slide comes out first.

As it develops

Shield the photo from light as it ejects and let it develop face down for 10–15 minutes. There is nothing to send to a lab.

Storage

Polaroid advises keeping film in the fridge, never the freezer, and letting a pack reach room temperature before you load it. Use it before the date on the box.
