This three-hour session covers the basic colour enlarger workflow, darkroom procedures, equipment care, and the rules for using the colour darkroom independently.

This three-hour certification is for anyone who wants to make their own colour prints and use the colour darkroom at The Centre independently.
We’ll go through the basic colour enlarger workflow, darkroom procedures, equipment care, and the rules for using the space on your own.
Please bring your own C-41 colour negatives—ideally something you’re genuinely interested in printing. If you have a choice, we recommend negatives shot on a daylight-balanced film stock; they’re generally easier to work with for your first colour printing session.
